Returns or refund requests submitted via email, chat, or payment providers will not be processed until they are properly submitted through the Return & Exchange Portal.
This system ensures accurate tracking, faster processing, and fair resolution for all customers.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and verified to meet our return eligibility requirements. A 10% handling and processing fee will be applied to approved returns.

4. Returns
